Breakfast was satisfactory, exceptionally good views, excellent location close to the Highlands, beautiful Inverness township, and a superb swimming / leisure centre. We thoroughly enjoyed the family room as it was spotless.

The setting is amazing and unbeatable, adjacent to surrounding areas, and a superb swimming/leisure centre. Its rooms are good-sized with special decor, comfy bed, the bathroom for a very very good stay. Would come here again on our next trip to Inverness.

There was a missed opportunity to stay longer and fully enjoy all that the guest house had to offer.

Got delicious breakfasts with cereals and welcome drinks, as for instance. The free parking was on site, GOOD service. No complaints whatsoever, I had a real good stay and would return anytime.

Location: the hotel was really close to a superb swimming / leisure centre, beautiful Inverness township and the castle. Café Bite Bistro located 2 km away was a nice surprise.
